By using our website or purchasing a MoneyZensei product, you agree to the applicable terms below. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Each product’s description explains its contents, price, and relevant access or delivery arrangements.
Our products are intended to provide information, practical tools, and educational guidance. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases do not include personal coaching, individual consultations, ongoing support, or access to a private community.
3. Purchases and Payment
Purchases are processed through Whop, our third-party checkout and digital product delivery platform.
When purchasing a product:
- You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete the transaction.
- The applicable price and payment options will be displayed before checkout.
- Payment is processed through Whop and its payment providers.
- Additional terms from Whop may apply to the payment and platform services.
MoneyZensei remains responsible for its products, their descriptions, delivery, customer support, and applicable refund commitments.
4. Digital Delivery
Our products are delivered electronically through Whop.
Following successful payment, you should receive access to your purchased product through the applicable Whop delivery process.
If you experience difficulties accessing your purchase, contact hello@moneyzensei.com with relevant order details so we can assist.
No physical goods are shipped unless expressly stated in a product description.
Product pages will identify any important technical requirements, access limitations, or compatibility information.
5. Personal-Use License
Unless a product expressly provides different licensing terms, purchasing a MoneyZensei digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials.
You may:
- Download and retain materials where downloading is provided.
- Print worksheets or templates for your own use.
- Adapt templates for your own business communications and activities.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the original product files.
- Upload purchased materials to public file-sharing services.
- Repackage or present the materials as products you created.
- Distribute copies to others as an alternative to their purchasing their own licenses.
You retain ownership of original material you independently create when completing or adapting our templates.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MoneyZensei owns or licenses the rights to its original website content, product materials, branding, graphics, and educational resources.
Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Any third-party trademarks, platforms, or materials remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Our 14-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee
Eligible MoneyZensei products may include our 14-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee, as stated on the relevant product page.
For a product carrying this guarantee, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting hello@moneyzensei.com.
You do not need to demonstrate that you completed the product or justify why it was not right for you.
Approved refunds will be processed through Whop to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing times.
Where a product is purchased through an instalment plan, an eligible refund will cover amounts already paid for that purchase, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled where supported by the payment arrangement.
This voluntary guarantee does not reduce or replace your statutory consumer rights.
8. Statutory Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have statutory rights to withdraw from certain online purchases.
For qualifying EU distance purchases, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the conclusion of the contract for digital content not supplied on a physical medium.
For digital content supplied electronically, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once supply begins, but only where the applicable legal conditions have been met, including the consumer’s prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and required confirmation.
Where those conditions have not been met, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in effect.
To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, you may send an unequivocal statement to hello@moneyzensei.com, identifying the purchase and your decision to withdraw. You may also use the optional withdrawal form below.
Any refund legally due will be processed within the applicable statutory timeframe.
MoneyZensei’s voluntary 14-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee remains available for eligible products even where a statutory withdrawal right has been validly lost.

MoneyZensei products are designed to support learning, decision-making, planning, and practical implementation.
They do not guarantee particular financial, commercial, or personal outcomes.
Results depend on factors such as individual circumstances, implementation, market conditions, and decisions outside MoneyZensei’s control.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products do not constitute personalised legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for assessing how the information applies to your circumstances and seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
11. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
